On Saturday 9th April, from 10-10.45am we’re hosting a fundraising event for Unicef’s Ukraine Appeal on Instagram live, and we’d love you to join us.
With millions of children already displaced by the war and so many facing an uncertain future, we want to do our bit to try and help provide families with access to clean water, deliver supplies to those who have been forced to flee, and improve access to healthcare in Ukraine.
The class will be hosted by our Social Media Executive and RYT-200 certified yoga teacher Meg, who has experience teaching Vinyasa, Yin and Rocket yoga. Though Meg is partial to the odd headstand, she’s promised to take it easy and make the session as accessible as possible for everyone.
