Sophia has worked in social media since 2007, and founded Favola in 2014. Her past work includes managing campaigns for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Heineken, V&A, Revlon and NBCU. Sophia is responsible for client management, client strategy and creative content.

Alex Jeater – Managing Director

Alex has worked in consulting for the past decade for clients including P&G, Unilever, Pepsi, Tesco and Shell. Alex is responsible for insights, strategy and paid media. Alex holds an MBA from EADA Business School and the University of San Diego.

Natasha has 4 years’ experience working in social media, creating content and managing communities for brands such as Bing and MSN, as well as clients such as Tetley Tea & P&O Ferries.

Jennifer has two years of experience working in social media marketing. Her skills lie in content creation and community management, having managed digital content for an App development startup and for a property rental company.


Millie – Social Media Executive 

Millie has 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing and social media management for high-profile brands such as SEAT, CUPRA, Volkswagen and Esso.


Imogen – Social Media Executive 

Imogen has a BSc honours degree in Marketing and Management and has social media experience creating content and managing communities for brands such as Hilton and Marriott.
