Sophia – Founder
Sophia has worked in social media since 2007, and founded Favola in 2014. Her past work includes managing campaigns for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Heineken, V&A, Revlon and NBCU. Sophia is responsible for client management, client strategy and creative content.
Alex – Managing Director
Alex has worked in consulting for the past decade for clients including P&G, Unilever, Pepsi, Tesco and Shell. Alex is responsible for insights, strategy and paid media. Alex holds an MBA from EADA Business School and the University of San Diego.
Jess – Head of Operations
Jessica is an experienced project and programme manager, and is both a PRINCE II and MSP practitioner. Jessica previously worked for Walgreens Boots Alliance for brands such as No.7 and Soap & Glory
Claudia – Account Director
Claudia has nine years of experience climbing the career ladder in the social stratosphere, she is a jack of all digital trades with skills including copywriting, content creation, brand strategy, influencer management and paid activity, to name but a few.
Sam – Account Director
Sam has more than six years of social media experience, as well as copywriting and content production. He has worked with the likes of Microsoft, Channel 5 and Bayer Leverkusen.
Tim – Videographer
Tim is a skilled videographer and editor with a background in broadcast news and a passion for visual storytelling. With nearly seven years at Channel 9 in Australia, he honed the art of fast, people-focused content creation before moving into the world of social-first content. Now based in London, Tim has worked with brands like Renegade Brewery and Castle Pubs.
Anne – Visual Designer
Anne has been crafting visual stories through design for the past five years. She’s passionate about creating eye-catching graphics and seamless user experiences. Anne has worked with clients in a range of industries, from start-ups to big corporations.
Dan – Social Media Strategist
Dan is a culturally curious strategist with a background in content, UX, and digital. Drawn to big ideas, he’s helped shape brand and social strategy for names like Netflix, LIV Golf, Nestlé and Rémy-Cointreau, With love for fashion, music and storytelling, Dan brings a sharp eye and a broad perspective to every client brief.
Marc – Paid Media Manager
Marc has worked in paid media for 15 years. He focuses on direct response and acquisition campaigns, but also has expertise in running brand-focused activities. His previous clients include Betway, UBS, Bupa, Interflora and the Net-a-Porter group.
Alice – Senior Social Media Manager
Alice brings nine years of experience in social media marketing from established agency to start-ups and client-side roles. She has worked on accounts for renowned brands such as Breville, Panasonic, Schwartz, FUNKIN COCKTAILS, Sharpie and many more.
Sarah – Junior Social Media Manager
With nearly three years of experience in social media marketing, Sarah has honed her skills across various industries, ranging from food and drink to health and safety. Sarah’s passion for her work shines through in her dedication to producing stellar video content.
Marina – Junior Social Media Manager
Marina has five years experience in social media, working with Tara Jarmon, Claudia Pierlot, Ba&sh and Brut. Her expertise lie in content creation, analysing metrics and influencer marketing. Marina holds a Digital Business and Artificial Intelligence Masters.
Steff – Senior Content Creator
Steff is degree-qualified with multiple years’ experience working in social media. Working with a variety of clients, from film festivals to London offices, Steff has gained knowledge in many different sectors.
Angus – Content Creator
With a background in theatre and live events, Angus stepped into the world of social media by creating viral content for brands like Backyard Cinema, Pan-n-Ice, and La Clique with videos reaching 120 million views. Now at Favola, he brings a creative, performance-led edge to all things social.
Cait – Senior Social Media Executive
Cait is a degree-qualified marketer with a love for all things social. She has a wealth of social media experience across the food service and wellness industries, and a passion for creating fun and engaging video content for TikTok.
Beth – Senior Social Media Executive
With three years of experience in social media and a speciality in
copywriting, Beth is passionate about bringing brand personalities to
life through the power of great storytelling – whether that be eye-catching social captions, relatable Reels or hilarious TikTok POVs.
Jenni – Social Media Executive
Jenni is a creative all-rounder with a background in Fashion Communication and experience across content creation, social strategy, digital design, and brand comms. She’s worked with clients from retail to recruitment and filmmaking. A former Blogspot OG turned multi-platform expert, she brings both style and creativity to every project.
