The Brief
Property developer London Square approached us with a brief to communicate their “making London greater” vision through placemaking, interior design and community-led themes to help them hit 10k Instagram followers.
The Solution
Starting their account from scratch, we identified that placemaking was a key content thread, and so set out to create a series of content that highlighted the location of their developments, local amenities and local, independent cafes, shops and restaurants.
The Results
Hitting 10k followers
We achieved the 10k milestone in late 2022, making London Square one of just a handful of property developers in the UK to achieve the feat.
Generating Leads
More recently, we’ve started a paid lead generation ads for London Square Croydon on Instagram and TikTok, resulting in a Cost per Acquisition of under £40.
