Back in May 2020, Hill asked us to re-invent their corporate social media strategy with a focus on thought leadership, partnerships, employer brand, job opportunities – with the goal of making their corporate presence the best amongst their competitive set.  


The Solution

During the playbook process, we set upon a new strategy to segment channels and create a new range of content themes, including; team, milestones, partnerships, communities, success stories and celebrations.

In the past year, we have maintained an engagement rate of 1.6% and increased total interactions by 7.6%
