To help reach an audience of first time buyers in and around Hemel Hempstead, Hill asked us to create an innovative influencer campaign for their development, The Gade. The objective was to raise awareness of The Gade and its potential lifestyle, introduce and explain Help to Buy and incorporate the posts into the paid ad strategy to deliver leads.
Working in partnerships with Artspace, interiors influencer Chelsea (@ohsomint) co-created an entirely new show home at The Gade to appeal to her audience of first time buyers. Chelsea imparted her personal style into the development and produced a range of Instagram content, including paid and organic elements, to achieve the desired results.
Thanks to the genuine creativity that spoke to Chelsea’s followers, the campaign delivered a quarter of a million impressions on Chelsea’s and Created by Hill’s Instagram profile.
The real and authentic nature of Chelsea’s posts and the strategy to promote her work delivered over 70 tracked website leads of people interested in buying a home at The Gade.
