We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been shortlisted in the Greatest Small Business category at the 2023 UK TikTok Ad Awards.
The nomination is for our work with a long-standing (and fantastic) client Southern Housing New Homes for whom we’ve been running lead generation campaigns targeting first time buyers for a number of their developments in London.
Buoyed by over 123mn views of #firsttimebuyer on TikTok and having witnessed campaign stagnation on Meta and aware of the growing popularity and incredible dwell time on TikTok amongst their target 18-45 buyer demographic, Southern Housing wanted to run paid ads to deliver lead generation across their key developments.
In response, we crafted a series of creative for each development that hit three key messages; affordability of the development, its location, and education about how Shared Ownership works in reality… all while keeping the content fun, attention grabbing and native to TikTok (say hello to Quacksley – a life sized version of Southern Housing’s duck mascot – here.
