We’re Great Place to Work Certified
October 2024

By Cait McNamara

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we’re officially a ‘Great Place to Work’ 🥳 Besides having a shiny new badge to show off, what does it actually mean?

First off, this certification isn’t just about a good vibe in the office. It’s a badge of honour earned by businesses that really know how to take care of their employees, based on feedback from the team.

So, what’s the big deal?

Being ‘Great Place to Work’ certified is like seeing a ‘top-rated’ stamp on your favourite restaurant on Google—it tells everyone we’re not just good at what we do, but we’re also a place where people actually want to work.

For us, this means fostering an environment where creativity thrives, where meetings can be productive and fun, and where everyone feels valued. Whether you’re creating social media magic or diving deep into the latest analytics, we know our role is vital and valued.

How did we earn this badge of honour?

We don’t believe in fluffy HR speak. At Favola, it’s all about real conversations, having each other’s backs, and staying true to what we do best—helping brands shine online. Our culture isn’t built on perks alone; it’s about creating a space where you can bring your whole self to work.

And it’s not just us saying it—our team said it loud and clear in the anonymous survey that led to our certification. Turns out, they love working here. They value the trust we put in them, the flexibility to balance work and life, and the feeling of belonging to something bigger.

What does this mean for you?

If you’re a client, it means you’re working with a team that’s not only talented but genuinely happy to do what they do. You can expect our best ideas and bags of energy, because when you feel great about where you work, it shows in the work you do. And if you’re thinking about joining us, well, now you know—Favola is the place to be.

So, we’re celebrating this milestone, not just for the badge, but because it’s a reflection of the culture we’ve built. And we’re not stopping here—after all, great places to work are always growing, always evolving, and always keeping it real.
