The Brief

Timber Works, located within walking distance to Mill Road in Cambridge, is surrounded by an incredible array of characterful local, independent businesses – Hill asked us to tap into this community to make Timber Works stand out from the crowd.

The Solution

With a focus on showcasing the local area, we set about contacting local businesses to get them featured on the account using Reels, Carousels, Competitions and Collaborations to highlight the area’s wonderful diversity and put it well and truly on the map.

Increased Engagement

In the past year, we have maintained an engagement rate of 1.6% and increased total interactions by 7.6%

Since managing the account we have added 3,417 followers – a growth of 1,139% – indicating that more and more people are interested in the content being posted.
