Building on our newly implemented organic strategy for the reputable online retailer, we were tasked to create an ongoing social media advertising approach that cut through the noise, differentiated from competitors, drove eCommerce sales from new customers and delivered a tangible return.
Initially focusing on Facebook and Instagram, we set up a targeted conversion and re-marketing campaign, created a suite of eye-catching static and video assets focused on quickly communicating product benefits and tested promoting organic posts to drive website traffic and deliver online conversions.
In just the first month, the ongoing campaign delivered a strong Click Through Rate (CTR) of 3.1% and an excellent Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of x15 – a healthy result in a very competitive market.
In addition to the always on approach, we created a Black Friday campaign focused on bringing in new customers to the brand. This delivered an excellent CTR and ROAS of x14.5.
