Rachel’s marketing career has always centred on one thing: telling brand stories that resonate with audiences and drive meaningful, long-term growth – whether for global enterprises or ambitious challengers.
Blending commercial insight with creative marketing thinking, her journey began client-side with publisher Pearson Education – quite literally selling stories to education bodies around the world. She moved on to roles in leading agencies, delivering award-winning brand, influencer and social programmes for clients including Nectar, LinkedIn and The Volvo Group.
She’s also had the privilege of working with global brands such as London Stock Exchange Group, Ricoh, Groupon, Leica, Swatch, Harry Winston and Heidsieck & Co. Monopole Champagne – helping them translate brand ambition into social storytelling that performs.
At Favola, Rachel joins at an exciting point in the agency’s evolution. She is focused on sharpening our market positioning, amplifying our own brand story, and ensuring we show up with the same clarity, creativity and ambition that we deliver for our clients every day. She’s excited to help shape the next phase of Favola’s growth and build on the strong foundations already in place.
Outside of work, Rachel can usually be found exploring the family-friendly corners of West Sussex, watching a good crime thriller, or enjoying a glass of red. She’s recently discovered reformer Pilates (with varying degrees of grace), and values nothing more than a family dinner round the table.
