Since 2014, we’ve managed the social media strategy for Shared Ownership provider, Southern Home Ownership. With the objective to build an engaged following of prospective customers and homeowners, and deliver potential leads, we created a lifestyle, neighbourhood and development-focused content strategy via photography, animations, motion video and newsletters, and crafted a unique tone of voice that resonates with first time buyers. In 2019, we delivered 5M impressions and 25K engagements and a host of paid and organic leads across the brand’s social channels.
