Meet Our New & Returning Team Members

We’re delighted to welcome two new team members to the #FavolaFamily – Chloe Jagger and Millie Bridges. Additionally, we welcome back Jess Littledale from her maternity leave.

Chloe Jagger – Social Media Manager

Chloe has five years’ experience working with a number of international fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands, including Lyst, Conair and Batiste. Chloe’s work has mostly centred around creating content for editorial and social, as well as evolving each brand’s social media identity and strategy.

Outside of work, Chloe loves to travel (when that was a thing!), explore nature and drink overpriced oat-milk coffee, naturally.


Millie Bridges – Social Media Executive

Millie has two years’ experience in digital marketing and social media management. Since completing her digital marketing apprenticeship with a distinction in 2019, Millie has also received certifications in Google Analytics, Avado Dot Native Digital Marketing Foundation course and a BCS Level 3 Award in the Principles of Coding. Her work with high-profile brands ranges from SEAT and CUPRA, to Volkswagen and Esso, with her skillset lying in community management, content creation and social analytics.

Outside of work, Millie enjoys travelling and exploring the world (when permitted to do so!), cuddles with her lovely beagle, Lexi, and watching rubbish on Telly. Amen.


Jess Littledale – Project Manager

In late 2019, Jess left a small team at The Social Consultant to have a baby boy whilst living in Colombia. Fast forward to 2021 and in the midst of a global pandemic, Jess is back in the UK and returning to a strong team of nine at the rebranded Favola. It’s fair to say that a lot has changed, but Jess “is so excited to be back and to have a reason to put on proper clothes”.

Jess returns in a new capacity; to focus on the business operations and ensure things run as smoothly as possible in the background so our creative team can continue to delight our ever-growing portfolio of clients.
