Do you have experience of managing clients and a small team, and want to work in a fun team and love a fast-paced environment?

Are you great at managing a complex client portfolio, creating great campaigns, briefing writers and designers, pitching for new business, setting up and running paid campaigns and meeting client deadlines?

We’re looking for an experienced, committed, and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing social media agency.

Must Have Experience

  • 3+ years agency and client management experience
  • Proven professional social media experience
  • Excellent at briefing internal copy writers and designers
  • Familiar with briefing and/or setting up paid campaigns (mainly FB & IG)
  • Experience of creating engaging client Instagram Stories using tools e.g. Canva
  • Comfortable with creatively leading animation/video projects alongside a videography team, as well as creating and/or briefing short-form content for Stories, Reels & TikToks
  • Directly managed at least one other person in a previous role

Day To Day Tasks

  • Managing clients and liaising with key stakeholders
  • Writing copy AND briefing a copywriter for social media posts and newsletters
  • Creating Instagram Stories, Reels & TikToks
  • Day to day management of a Community Manager / Executive
  • Developing creative client campaigns, including video content
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting
  • Overseeing community management
  • Setting up and managing paid and influencer campaigns
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers (e.g. designers, photographers and videographers)
  • Selling in additional services to clients

The Social Media Manager will report into the Managing Director and Creative Director. Due to Covid-19, the role will be WFH for the short term, but we will be getting back to our shared workspace in Central London from September.
